28 Back again (in progress)

Not much done in the last week and a half due to very pleasant family life interlude, but I've got an outer skin of oak on the gunwales and started to laminate the tops, I've started to trim around the stern thwart, and I've roughed out a new centre-plate, though much remains to be done there. This shows the gunwale as it is at the moment.

Clearly the completion date has gone back at least a couple of weeks, but it won't be long!

John - it's been a while since I looked at your blog. The boat looks so pretty now. I love the colour. I still can't get over your adverts at the bottom of this page. Does it mean that you get a free penis - buy one get one free sort of thing? I have started getting emails offering all of this plus the chance to buy an MA. Tempting at the moment given what an uphill struggle getting an MA by actually writing a dissertation.
